Kopiko Aotearoa Registration

Please fill out the details below to register your request for connection to the Kopiko Aotearoa Trail Ride, this can include registering your own device, connecting with TrackMe NZ Satellite services, or forwarding from your own Satellite account with FindMeSpot or GARMIN. Device hires are not gauranteed until confirmed by email from Trackme NZ Admin. This registration site does not collect fees, you will be billed separately.

  • Please ensure the number entered will be used during the event as the first response call for our 24/7 Response centre. Enter the number with the International dial code. Eg. For NZL numbers this is +64 XX XXX XXXX
  • Choose the type of device registration you are looking for. All options include the required regsitration fee of $45.00 Currently 4 options are available, you can connect your own device to our services in the next panel. Any questions please email us at info@trackme.life
  • We will configure a SPOT Gen 3 for your use during the Kopiko Aotearoa ride. The devices will be available for collection from either start location from 24 hours before the start time indicated. Please ensure you update us with your start date and location. All devices are to be returned to drop points located at each end and more information will be supplied closer to the time. Devices will have 5 min tracking enabled and will be connected to the TrackMe 24/7 Response centre and the New Zealand Rescue Co-ordination Centre. Device misuse may be referred to the authorities.
  • We will configure a DELORME or GARMIN inReach for your use during the Kopiko Aotearoa ride. The devices will be available for collection from either start location from 24 hours before the start time indicated. Please ensure you update us with your start date & location. All devices are to be returned to drop points located at each end and more information will be supplied closer to the time. Devices will have 10 min tracking enabled and will be connected to the TrackMe 24/7 Response centre and the New Zealand Rescue Co-ordination Centre. Device misuse may be referred to the authorities. Note that inReach devices will require charging at least every 3 days, this can be managed by a battery pack, USB Hub, or mains power where available. These allow 2 way satellite communication from anywhere on the ride. Limited numbers are available and will include some GARMIN Minis. Priority given to early bings for these devices. Data for tracking and daily messages is included in hire fees. Overuse of the text messaging services may result in extra charges.
  • Select your type of device and the connection you require. For devices connected to FindMeSpot or GARMIN please ensure you have a public share page link and the details are correct by copying the link directly into the later cells.
  • Our SPOT plans are available on monthly connections, each plan requires the payment of a connection fee of $29.99 whihc is added to the monthly fees below. You can connect early or continue afterwards by continuing the subscription. Plans include all data, managed via our SALUS portal and a personal website for family tracking. Your device is available to be connected to our APP TrackMe.Life. Device will need to be synced before using.
  • Our inReach plans are available on monthly connections, each plan requires the payment of a connection fee of $49.00 which is added to the monthly fees below. You can connect early or continue afterwards by continuing the subscription. Plans include pool data (max 8000 bytes), managed via our SALUS portal and a personal website for family tracking. Your device is available to be connected to our APP TrackMe.Life. Device will need to be synced before using.
  • The hirer agrees to protect the hired unit from damage and return the unit in similar condition. Any lost trackers will be subject to full replacement by the hirer at cost price supplied by TrackMe NZ LTD. Any misuse of the tracking device may result in prosecution by the NZ authorities. See the standard terms and conditions available at our website under downloads.
  • Please note that riders agree to not misuse the satellite tracking services and HELP & SOS notifications and any misuse may be referred to NZ Police and may result in prosecution by relevant authorities. TrackMe NZ may withdraw its services for any breach of these conditions.
  • PLease enter your ESN for your SPOT device or the IMEI for your DELORME or GARMIN inReach.

Our 24/7 Response Centre manages all our HELP and SOS activations and want to keep your family up to date should you need assistance. Always Safe, Anywhere, Anytime.
